Dayton Street Partners, a Chicago-based logistics investor/developer, has hired Joe Olin as Director of Acquisitions. In this role, he will be responsible for identifying and evaluating industrial acquisitions throughout the United States with an emphasis on off-market value-add and core plus properties.
Prior to joining Dayton Street Partners, Olin served as Vice President of Acquisitions at Banyan Street Capital in Miami where he closed more than 5 million square feet of transactions valued at over $800 million across the Southeast. He also worked as a Vice President – Capital Markets Group at CBRE in Boston specializing in middle market investment sales for office and industrial properties worth $1.34 billion across greater Boston area totaling 8.5 million square feet sold during his tenure there.
Olin holds an MBA from Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business after graduating from the University of Connecticut; he is based out Miami now with Dayton Street Partners’ team there..
