The Davis Companies and Lingerfelt have formed a joint venture to develop the Carmel Church Business Center, a Class A industrial project in Caroline County, Virginia. John Mason, Senior Vice President at Lingerfelt stated that this strategic location along the I-95 corridor from Petersburg to Woodbridge provides users with convenient service to the Richmond MSA and south while also providing coverage well into northern Virginia at lower occupancy costs than those of northern markets. The 325,500 square foot warehouse space is expected for delivery in Q2 2024 marking Davis’ third industrial investment in Virginia and first within its southern region.
Nordstrom to Close Original Galleria Dallas Store in May
Nordstrom Inc. plans to close its full-line department store at Galleria Dallas, ending a long-term presence at the regional mall.
