Davis Healthcare Real Estate has officially opened the doors to Lakeville Specialty Center, a state-of-the-art medical building spanning 100,500 square feet in Lakeville, MN. The facility is currently fully occupied by two leading healthcare providers – Allina and MNGI Digestive Health.

He also expressed gratitude for the overwhelming support from the community.
Originally planned as a 50,000-square-foot medical building with surface parking on a 4.23-acre site in 2019; however due to high demand for leasing space and commitments from tenants like Allina Health ,the project was expanded by doubling its size.
The development team behind this impressive facility includes Davis Synergy Architecture Studio , Timco Construction , KOMA (Structural Engineer), Loucks (Civil Engineer & Landscape Design), Gilbert Mechanical (Electrical Engineer), BDH (Interior Design) along with Commercial Partners Title & Bridgewater Bank . Brian Bruggeman CCIM SIOR represented Allina Health during this project’s development phase .
