"Davis Fills Downtown Offices to Capacity"

The Davis Companies has successfully leased out all available space at 200 High St. in the Financial District of downtown Boston. The property will now be fully occupied after two lease agreements were recently completed.

One of the new tenants is The Steppingstone Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization focused on education. They have signed a 10-year lease to move their headquarters from the South End, where they were also previously located as a tenant under Davis Companies. Their new space will encompass 11,425 square feet on the second floor.

In addition to this, SageView Advisory Group has also signed a seven-year lease for an additional 2,502 square feet on the second floor.

Despite current office leasing trends in the region, Duncan A.C Gilkey – SVP & Director of Leasing at Davis – believes that these recent leases are proof that 200 High St.’s updated amenities and prime location make it an attractive option for top-tier talent and companies across various industries.

Steppingstone was represented by Kristin Blount and Lauren Vecchione from Colliers; SageView was represented by Katie Bailey from JLL; while Liam O’Conner and Debra Gould from Newmark represented Davis during these transactions.
