Avison Young, a real estate advisor, has welcomed Dave Smith as Principal and Director of Brokerage Services in its Sacramento office. As a market leader, Smith will work to grow Avison Young’s client base throughout the greater Sacramento region and recruit top talent to expand their market share across multiple service lines.
Smith is an experienced tenant representation specialist who joined Avison Young from Cresa where he was involved in strategic planning, lease consulting and more. He also worked at Opus West Corporation and Grubb & Ellis prior to that.
