Kidder Mathews has welcomed Dave Carder to their Phoenix office as a senior vice president. With over 27 years of experience in commercial property transactions, Carder brings expertise in facilitating leases, acquisitions and sales for landlords and tenants across Greater Phoenix. He has completed more than $1B worth of deals totaling 12 million square feet or more, including properties associated with Blackrock Bank of America Bow River Capital Hines Invesco Lincoln Life Lincoln Property Company Sound Point Capital Verizon Wireless Arizona State University and Harvard Investments.
Before joining Kidder Mathews , Carder was Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Phoenix office after starting his career at CBRE following graduation from Stanford University where he was a Division 1 Pac-12 football scholar-athlete. Additionally, he is an active member of the Scottsdale Charros organization and formerly served on the board for NAIOP .
