Kidder Mathews has welcomed Dave Carder to its Phoenix office as a senior vice president. With over 27 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Carder is an expert in facilitating leases, acquisitions and sales of properties across Greater Phoenix. He has successfully completed more than $1B worth of transactions totaling 12 million square feet for clients such as Blackrock, Bank of America, Bow River Capital, Hines Invesco Lincoln Life and Property Company Sound Point Capital Verizon Wireless Arizona State University and Harvard Investments.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews , Dave served as Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Phoenix office before moving on from CBRE where he began his career after graduating from Stanford University with Division 1 Pac-12 football scholar-athlete honors.
Carder is also actively involved with Scottsdale Charros organization while having previously been part of NAIOP board memberships .
