Kidder Mathews has welcomed Dave Carder to their Phoenix office as a Senior Vice President. With over 27 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Carder brings expertise in facilitating leases, acquisitions and sales of properties throughout Greater Phoenix. He has successfully completed transactions totaling more than 12 million square feet with an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion for clients such as Blackrock, Bank of America, Bow River Capital, Hines Invesco Lincoln Life and Property Company Sound Point Capital Verizon Wireless Arizona State University and Harvard Investments.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews , Carder served as Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Phoenix office following his start at CBRE after graduating from Stanford University where he was a Division 1 Pac-12 football scholar-athlete. Outside professional commitments he is also an active member of the Scottsdale Charros organization and former board member for NAIOP .
