Kidder Mathews has welcomed Dave Carder to its Phoenix office as a senior vice president. With over 27 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Carder brings expertise in facilitating leases, acquisitions and sales of properties across Greater Phoenix. He has successfully completed more than $1 billion worth of transactions totaling 12 million square feet, including those associated with Blackrock, Bank of America, Bow River Capital Hines Invesco Lincoln Life Lincoln Property Company Sound Point Capital Verizon Wireless Arizona State University and Harvard Investments.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews , Carder was Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Phoenix office before which he spent time at CBRE where his career began after graduating from Stanford University where he was a Division 1 Pac-12 football scholar-athlete.
Carder is an active member of the Scottsdale Charros and former board member for NAIOP .
