Dave & Buster’s has signed a 22,982-square-foot lease at The River at Rancho Mirage, a retail shopping center in Riverside County. The location is set to open in the third quarter of 2023 and will be represented by CBRE’s Marco Rossetti and Walter Pagel on behalf of the landlord CL Investment Group. Scott Riddles, Derek Fitch and Rob Crumly from CBRE also represented Dave & Busters for this deal.
The River is an award-winning 227,000 square foot lifestyle and entertainment center located at 71800 Hwy 11 near Bob Hope Drive that serves as a shopping hub for the Rancho Mirage community. This area attracts an estimated 3 million visitors annually due to its central location within Coachella Valley making it an ideal spot for Dave & Buster’s new venture into this region.
According to Rossetti “The River creates one-of-a kind ambiance in Coachella Valley which will bring different demographic than typical retail shoppers.”
