Matt Lewandowski, Principal at DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International, recently led a group of investors in the acquisition of 26.82 acres of land and three buildings totaling 67,879 square feet in Lake Bluff, Illinois. The sellers were Jake Ehrenberg, Joel Mackintosh and Mike O’Malley from Perry Hill Ventures.
The property includes functional industrial buildings as well as trailer parking and outdoor storage space. According to Lewandowski, this is a valuable investment due to the high demand for industrial space and trailer parking in the area. The location also offers easy highway access for tenants.
The three industrial buildings on the land are fully leased by 11 tenants. While some parts of the land cannot be used for commercial purposes due to wetlands restrictions, seven acres have been developed with secure outdoor storage including a newly paved trailer lot.
