DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International has welcomed Thomas Engel to the team as an associate. In his new role, Engel will be responsible for ownership representation, tenant and buyer representation, and investment analysis with a focus on the O’Hare area.

Engel will collaborate closely alongside Vice President Chris Mergenthaler at DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International – a privately held real estate brokerage firm based out of suburban Chicago that specializes in property management, investments and development services. Before joining Darwin’s team , Engels worked as Retail Sales Manager while studying economics & French language at Northern Illinois University .
