Dart Develops Two SLC Highrise Apartments

Dart Interests LLC has recently acquired a prime 2.32-acre site in downtown Salt Lake City for $19 million. The property, consisting of two parcels, includes a 1.03-acre parking lot and a vacant data center spanning 305,000 square feet on 1.29 acres.

The seller, Unico Properties initially intended to convert the data center into large residential units but later changed their plans. Dart intends to demolish the building and construct high-rise apartments on the site.

The zoning for this location does not impose any maximum density restrictions, giving Dart complete freedom in determining the height of their development.

Strategically situated at a “main and main” intersection within Salt Lake City’s central business district, this property offers convenient access to all areas of downtown within just 15 minutes by foot. Moreover,it is conveniently located near Utah’s public transportation system with Library TRAX Station only two blocks away from the site.
