Marcus & Millichap, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, has promoted Darpan Patel to Senior Vice President Investments in the Tampa office. Since joining the firm in 2012 as an associate, Patel has closed more than 300 transactions totaling over $675 million of property sales across 32 states. His success earned him several awards including National Achievement and Sales Recognition Awards from Marcus & Millichap. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and received ICSC’s Certified Retail Real Estate Professional designation for his prominent level of industry fluency in 2020.
In 2020 Patel teamed up with Dan Yozwiak to form the Patel Yozwiak Group which consists of 12 agents across Florida and Ohio who specialize in net leased sector investments involving retail properties such as restaurants, offices industrial spaces medical facilities or hospitality venues .
