Skanska, a construction and development firm, announced the promotion of Daniel Patarozzi to Vice President of Account Manager for its Metro operations in New York and New Jersey. In this role, Patarozzi will be responsible for managing and driving growth within Skanska’s Health Care and Life Sciences sector through sourcing new projects as well as overseeing current project execution.
With 23 years of experience serving leadership roles at Skanska under his belt, Patarozzi brings extensive knowledge across renovation, restoration alteration and modernization processes. Notable projects he has led include Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory’s interior renovation project; NYU Langone Health Emergency Department expansion; Mt Sinai’s Health System Ambulatory Care Pavilion; Callen-Lorde Community Health Center’s new primary care facility.
