**Dossche Holdings Sells 1.2M-SF Dalton Warehouse for $116.5 Million**

Dossche Holdings has sold a 1.2 million-square-foot warehouse portfolio located in the Greenpoint Industrial Park in Dalton, Georgia. The property was acquired by IGIS Asset Management for $116.5 million.

JLL represented Dossche Holdings, which also developed the two-building Class A facility. IGIS was advised by a joint venture between LX Pantos and Korea Ocean Business Corporation (KOBC). The transaction was led by Dennis Mitchell of JLL Capital Markets Investment Sales and Advisory team, with Miyeon Lee heading the JLL International Capital Coverage team, responsible for sourcing the buyer. Leasing efforts were led by Austin Kriz.

The two state-of-the-art logistics buildings are fully leased and are part of a newly developed industrial park. The first building, located at 128 Innovation Drive, was completed in 2023 and spans 603,166 square feet. The second, at 342 Innovation Drive, was completed in January 2024 and totals 573,578 square feet.

Strategically located along the I-75 North Corridor between Atlanta and Chattanooga, the properties offer easy access to the Appalachian Regional Port, enhancing their appeal with efficient intermodal transportation links.
