Dallas Towers Receive $50M Renovation, Gaining Renowned Status

The iconic buildings that served as the offices of J.R. Ewing’s rival, Cliff Barnes, on the popular TV show “Dallas” from 1982 to 1988 have recently undergone a major transformation. The Gild office complex in Dallas has been fully renovated and upgraded since its appearance on the hit show.

According to Commercial Edge, architectural firm Gensler was responsible for overseeing the $50 million project for owners Fenway Capital Advisors and managers Stream Realty Partners. Located at I-75 and Northwest Highway, The Gild consists of two 20-story towers and two two-story concourse buildings known as The Lofts at the Gild. Together, these structures offer nearly 900,000 square feet of space.
