Construction is underway on Park Place Dealerships’ newest Porsche dealership at 6000 Lemmon Avenue in Dallas.

Park Place is developing a 110,000-square-foot showroom and service center on a 15-acre site at the Lemmon Avenue address. Project costs are expected to reach $26 million, with completion scheduled for 2027. In December 2024, the company purchased the 15-acre property—previously valued by real estate experts at between $55 million and $70 million—from RTX Corp., formerly known as Raytheon.

The new Porsche facility, along with an expanded nearby Volvo dealership, will employ a combined total of about 200 team members.

Brinkmann Construction has been selected as the general contractor for the project.

Founded in 1987, Park Place Dealerships operates nine full-service dealerships representing brands including Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover and Lexus.
