Transwestern Real Estate Services recently landed four new tenants in its Dallas medical office building, 411 N. Washington Ave., formerly known as Landry Tower. The building underwent approximately $9 million worth of renovations in 2022, including the addition of a 51,000-square-foot Cowboys Fit fitness facility designed by global design firm Perkins+Will.
Four notable leases and expansions have been secured at the property: Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation; Epiphany Dermatology; Dallas Nephrology Associates; Midwife + Co.; and Texas Spine Care Center – totaling more than 50,000 square feet in recent months. Chris Lipscomb and Laney Delin from Transwestern provide Agency Leasing services on behalf of Healthcare Realty (NYSE: HR), the owner of the building which offers convenient access to a nearby medical center campus with free covered patient drop-off/pickup areas included.
