Despite its grandeur, it never saw any occupants until Walters Wedding Estates turned it into an events venue known as The Olana. Now Twain Financial Partners has announced plans for a 110 room hotel and spa along with villas and pool buildings at an estimated cost of $40 million – slated for completion by fall 2025.
