**Dallas Hotel Revamp Could Cost Up to $14 Million**
Black Forest Ventures has tapped Avion Hospitality to lead a major renovation of the DoubleTree by Hilton Dallas Campbell Center. The extensive makeover of the 300-room hotel is expected to cost between $9 million and $14 million.
Renovations will include updates to guest rooms, public areas, and the hotel’s 11,600 square feet of meeting and event space. The property, which has been a fixture in Dallas for 45 years, is being modernized in anticipation of increased demand due to upcoming events such as the FIFA World Cup, which will bring nine matches to the city.
As hotels across North Texas prepare for the influx of visitors, the improvements to the Dallas Campbell Center aim to enhance the guest experience and meet rising expectations.
Black Forest Ventures, a privately held asset management firm, specializes in commercial real estate, aviation, technology, and hospitality investments. This project marks Avion Hospitality’s 11th hotel management assignment in Texas.
