Dallas Church Investing $60M in Expansion Project

Connect CRE is reporting on the huge church construction projects taking place in Dallas, TX. One of the most notable is First Baptist Church of Dallas, led by nationally known pastor Dr. Robert Jeffress who opened its new state-of-the-art $130 million campus on Easter Sunday, March 31st – touted as one of the largest church building programs in modern history. Another major project underway is Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church’s expansion plans for a $60 million renovation near Preston Center with Beck Architecture as their design firm. The 59,000 square feet worth of renovations for phase one and 75,000 square feet worth of “new expansion” for phase two are expected to begin early next year with completion estimated by 2026 according to The Dallas Business Journal report.
