Dalfen Acquires Sparks Industrial Asset with $52.9 Acquisition Loan

Meridian Capital Group arranged $52.9 million in financing for the acquisition of a class-A industrial building located at 75 Pittsburg Avenue in Sparks, NV. The loan was provided by a debt fund and sourced by a Meridian team led by Morris Betesh, with Dalfen Industrial as the buyer. Spanning 489,440 square feet, this new construction property benefits from its close proximity to Reno-Tahoe International Airport and reTRAC (Reno Transportation Rail Access Corridor).

In 2022 alone, Meridian closed more than $55 billion worth of financing across 310 unique lenders throughout their offices located in New York City; New Jersey; Maryland; Illinois; Ohio; Florida and California. Dalfen places special emphasis on last-mile facilities critical to e-commerce fulfillment when making acquisitions such as this one in Sparks NV.
