D.R. Horton, a prominent homebuilder, has acquired the 178-acre West Creek Master Planned Community in Victorville from Walton Global, a leading asset management and real estate investment company. The terms of the sale were not disclosed.
The community is expected to feature over 800 single-family homes with an average price in the mid-$400s once fully built out. According to Anthony Ybarra, Senior Vice President of Real Estate for Walton Global, San Bernardino County’s population continues to grow steadily and there is a high demand for residential inventory. He expressed excitement about partnering with D.R. Horton to meet this need.
Located between the San Gabriel Mountains and Mojave Desert near Vista Manzanita, Vista Pointe and Mall of Victor Valley shopping centers; West Creek also offers convenient access to several schools including West Creek Elementary School, Melva Davis Academy of Excellence and Gus Franklin Jr Elementary School within its boundaries as well as Mesa Linda Middle School and Adelanto High School within five miles radius from development site.
