### Cypress Development Partners Plans Mixed-Use Campus in North Phoenix
Cypress Development Partners is set to develop a mixed-use campus in north Phoenix, known as **The Interchange**. The project will encompass approximately **233,500 square feet** of commercial space across **23 acres** and will be constructed in **two phases**.
According to the *Phoenix Business Journal*, the **first phase** will include:
– Two medical office buildings of **40,000 square feet** and **6,000 square feet**
– A **4,800-square-foot** retail space with a drive-thru
– An **11,200-square-foot** retail building
The **next phase** will add:
– A **45,000-square-foot** medical office building
– Three flexible office buildings ranging from **20,400 square feet to 27,000 square feet**
– A **four-story, 130-room hotel** spanning **56,000 square feet**
– A **1,500-square-foot** retail space with drive-thru
The development is strategically located near the **$65 billion Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. project**, just **15 minutes north** of Cypress’ site. The project is pending final approval from the **Phoenix City Council**.
