**High-Tech Hotel Coming to Mansfield’s $2.5B Entertainment District**

A new hospitality concept is set to bring cutting-edge innovation to Mansfield, Texas. House of Tangram, a hospitality operator, has acquired 30 acres within the $2.5 billion Staybolt Street district to develop a 288-room high-tech hotel named Carbon Mansfield.

The hotel is set to feature state-of-the-art technology including biometric and personalized climate control systems that adapt to each guest, robotic bartenders, autonomous delivery, and immersive media walls, creating a next-generation guest experience.

The Staybolt Street district is envisioned as a large-scale, mixed-use entertainment hub. Key anchors of the development include a 7,000-seat sports stadium, a 33,000-square-foot convention center, multiple hotels, a High5 Entertainment venue, and residential communities.

The residential component includes two major multifamily developments: Steam, which will offer 320 loft-style apartments featuring rooftop gardens and communal kitchens, and Verona Gardens, a 400-unit community featuring amenities like hydroponic gardens, pet studios, and green roofs.

Development manager and general contractor responsibilities are being handled in part by The Beck Group, which is also acting as the project’s fiduciary.

With a blend of entertainment, hospitality, and residential offerings, the Staybolt Street district is shaping up to be a major destination in the region.
