CushWake Residential and Mixed-Use Sales in Puget Sound by Brokers

Cushman & Wakefield, a leading real estate firm, recently facilitated two successful sales in the Puget Sound region totaling $15 million. The first sale was for Nicholas Townhomes, a 28-unit townhome community located at 671 Cook Road in Seattle. This off-market transaction was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield’s team of experts including Byron Rosen, Tim McKay, Dan Chhan, Matt Kemper and Sam Wayne on behalf of the seller – an undisclosed local investor.

In another recent deal handled by the same team at CushWake , they successfully closed on the sale of 6605 Apartments – a newly constructed residential community in Arlington. The property sold for $7.5 million to a California-based investor as part of their 1031 Exchange process. Built just last year (2023), this boutique mixed-use asset boasts 29 residential units and over 2,700 square feet of commercial/retail space.

At the time of sale ,the property was already pre-stabilized with an occupancy rate reaching up to66 percent . These transactions showcase Cushman & Wakefield’s expertise and strong presence in both residential and mixed-use markets within Puget Sound area.
