Cushman & Wakefield announced on Tuesday the promotion of Jeremy Edmiston to Executive Director for their U.S. Build-To-Rent/Single-Family Rent (BTR/SFR) division. In this new role, he will collaborate with the firm’s capital markets and debt teams to provide comprehensive BTR/SFR solutions for clients.
Based in Dallas, Edmiston and his team manage a portfolio of 9,500 homes and have a pipeline of over 2,500 homes. As the newly appointed U.S. lead, Edmiston will utilize his expertise and relationships along with Cushman & Wakefield’s reputable brand to guide clients through all stages of their BTR/SFR real estate investments.
“We have established a unique BTR/SFR practice that offers complete solutions for investors in this sector including property management services as well as financing and sales,” stated Edmiston. “The demand for investment in BTR/SFR is growing rapidly and we anticipate significant growth in both domestic and global institutional capital deployment over the next few years.”
