Cushman & Wakefield to Market Emmis' Indianapolis Headquarters Building

Emmis Corporation has chosen Cushman & Wakefield to market their corporate headquarters at 40 Monument Circle in Indianapolis, Indiana. Rebecca Wells of Cushman & Wakefield will lead the effort with support from John Crisp and Spud Dick to identify a buyer for the Downtown Indianapolis landmark.

Jeff Smulyan, Emmis Chairman and Founder stated: “Monument Circle has been our home since 1998; I’m proud of what we built here and all those who helped build it. After divesting assets such as local radio stations, we decided that looking for a new owner was the best option – which is why we chose Cushman & Wakefield to help us explore this opportunity.”

The seven-story building offers 140,000 square feet of Class A office space ideal for an owner-user or corporate tenant seeking contiguous block space measuring 100,000 square feet in one of Downtown Indianapolis’ most iconic locations – Monument Circle.
