### Cushman & Wakefield to Handle Leasing for Industrious at Tower 49
Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the Industrious flexible office space at Tower 49, located at 12 E. 49th Street in Midtown Manhattan. The leasing efforts will be led by John Picco, Justin Halpern, and Alex Lachmund, who will collaborate with Industrious to fill approximately 265,000 square feet spanning 16 floors.

Additionally, the building’s ownership will install a high-end conference center, designed and managed by the Industrious Tenant Experience Management Team. This space will accommodate meetings ranging from six to 110 people. Other amenities may be added over time to further enhance the tenant experience.
