Cushman & Wakefield Secures $25.5M Financing for 850K-SF Industrial Portfolio in Pennsylvania

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged $25.5 million in financing for a two-building, 853,611-square-foot industrial portfolio located at 100-200 Murray Drive in Warren, Pennsylvania.

The firm’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team — comprised of Brad Domenico, Frank Stanislaski, and Ethan Thompson — represented the borrower, Yisroel Cherns, in the transaction.

“This deal highlights the strength of industrial assets in Northwestern Pennsylvania, where a central location, robust transportation access, and strong workforce fundamentals continue to attract a diverse tenant base,” said Domenico.

Strategically situated with direct access to Route 62, the property connects to key regional transportation routes, including Interstates 86, 79, 80, and 90. The industrial portfolio features institutional-grade infrastructure such as high bay areas with clear heights up to 70 feet, heavy power capabilities, and 59 loading dock doors.

The buildings are currently 83% leased, with a tenant roster that includes major companies such as Cummins, Inc., Whirley Industries, and USA Medical Supplies. The strong leasing activity reflects the property’s market appeal and ability to serve a wide spectrum of industrial users.
