Cushman & Wakefield has promoted Molly Millard to lead its Atlanta Office Tenant Representation practice. In this role, she will be responsible for team growth, financial performance and delivering client solutions with a team of approximately 30 brokers and employees.
Tyler Courtney, Managing Principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta operations said: “Molly has been a rising star in our office and within our Office Tenant Representation team. She quickly demonstrated an ability to understand clients’ needs and successfully connect them with the right office space solution.” He added that Millard “has a bright future ahead” in her new role which will further develop the culture as well as broaden service offerings.
Millard began her career in commercial real estate more than five years ago specializing in tenant representation services before joining Cushman & Wakefield last year where she focused on professional services sector clients. She holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Virginia where she studied English Literature while playing varsity lacrosse at the same time
