Cushman & Wakefield has recently introduced an Asset Optimization Group, specifically designed to assist lenders, investors, and servicers in maximizing the value of underperforming assets. This group offers a range of services such as receivership, property management, market research and valuation to optimize asset recovery and mitigate deterioration.
