Cushman Wakefield Hires Kevin Brant as Director of Brokerage

Cushman & Wakefield, a leading commercial real estate firm, has appointed Kevin Brant as the new Director of Brokerage for their Washington D.C. office. In this role, Brant will work closely with Ryan Miller, Managing Principal of the Mid-Atlantic region to support advisory professionals in both the Washington D.C. metro and Baltimore markets. His responsibilities will include developing junior and mid-level advisors, conducting strategic client analysis and providing operational support.

Brant brings with him 17 years of experience in commercial real estate from his previous role as Managing Director and Office Leader for JLL’s Bethesda market. During his time at JLL, he successfully led strategy implementation, financial performance management and business development efforts which resulted in multiple awards recognizing his outstanding performance.
