Cushman & Wakefield has announced the addition of Jack Maloney and Brad Smith to their Midwest Multifamily Advisory Group as Managing Directors. Their role is to further expand the company’s apartment brokerage business in Chicago, Wisconsin, Iowa and Western Michigan while partnering closely with Executive Vice Chairs George Tikijian and Hannah Ott.

Maloney joins Cushman & Wakefield from Berkadia while Smith comes from Walker & Dunlop. Together they have been instrumental in orchestrating more than $1 billion worth of large multifamily transactions on single assets or portfolios throughout Chicago as well as other parts of Midwest United States over their careers so far.
