Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Sale of $26.6M+ Grove at Temple Terrace in Tampa

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $26,650,000 sale of The Grove at Temple Terrace, a 180-unit multifamily community located in Tampa. 29th Street Capital sold the property to Infinity BH with Nick Meoli and Mike Donaldson of Cushman & Wakefield representing the seller in this transaction.

The 198,700 square foot community offers some of the largest floorplans in Tampa with units averaging 1,104 square feet. Amenities include a swimming pool, tennis court and clubhouse as well as on-site laundry facilities and gated entry into the property.

According to Vice Chairman Mike Donaldson from Cushman & Wakefield: “We received excellent interest from investors due to robust property performance and potential for growth which created a competitive bidding environment.” He added that “the buyer recognized an opportunity to expand their presence in this market while taking advantage of its continued expansion.”
