Tom McDonnell has been appointed as the executive regional director for Cushman & Wakefield’s Northwest Region, which includes Northern California, Oregon and Washington. He will be based in San Francisco and is returning to Cushman & Wakefield from Shorenstein, where he previously served as national leasing director.
In addition to his role leading the Northwest Region, McDonnell will also serve as head of Americas office agency leasing. In this position, he will focus on engaging with strategic clients, pursuing new business opportunities and implementing best practices across the firm’s office agency leasing platform.
