Cushman and Wakefield Secures $25M for Spokane Valley Development

Cushman & Wakefield acted as the exclusive financial advisor for Hawkins and its partners in securing $25.345 million in construction financing for Saltese Creek, a new 192-unit multifamily project currently under development in Spokane Valley.

The Cushman & Wakefield Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team led by Chris Moyer, Paul Roeter and Meredith Donovan represented the borrower during the transaction. The loan was provided by Bok Financial.
