Cushman and Wakefield Secures $220M Financing for 2.1M-SF Industrial Portfolio

Cushman & Wakefield, a leading commercial real estate company, has successfully secured a $220 million financing deal for Ares Industrial Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. The loan was backed by an impressive 2.1 million-square-foot industrial portfolio spanning across five states and provided by KKR-managed insurance accounts. The Cushman & Wakefield team responsible for arranging this deal included experienced professionals such as Rob Rubano, John Alascio, Alex Hernandez and more.

The portfolio comprises of nine industrial properties located in California, Florida, Illinois Nevada and Maryland with sizes ranging from 156000 to 482000 square feet. These properties are currently leased to ten institutional-grade tenants and offer top-notch amenities including an average clear height of 31 feet along with ample dock doors and office space.
