Cushman and Wakefield Facilitates Sale of TPC Jasna Polana Golf Club

Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, successfully facilitated the sale of TPC Jasna Polana Golf Club in Princeton. The 222-acre property, which features an exclusive 18-hole golf course and a historic clubhouse, was recently acquired by Concert Golf Partners from the Piasecka Johnson Estate.

The expert team at Cushman & Wakefield consisting of Matt Davis, Andy Merin, Gary Gabriel, David Bernhaut Ryan Dowd and Jean-Pierre Hohl represented the seller and also secured Concert Golf Partners as the buyer. According to Jordan Peace , senior VP of Corporate Development at Concert Golf Partners , “Jasna Polana has a rich history that includes its connection to the Piasecka Johnson family as well as hosting prestigious events like PGA TOUR Champions tournaments and classic matches such as Tom Watson vs Hal Sutton.”

Designed by renowned architect Wallace Harrison in 1975,the property boasts a magnificent clubhouse spanning over 46 thousand square feet with top-notch amenities. It also offers access to facilities like pro shops,tennis courts,and overnight lodges for guests’ convenience.

This transaction marks another successful deal for Cushman & Wakefield’s impressive portfolio without mentioning any specific location or brand names.
