Cushman and Wakefield Facilitates Sale of Oklahoma Multifamily Community

Cushman & Wakefield has successfully facilitated the sale of Legend Park, a 360-unit multifamily community located in Lawton, Oklahoma. The undisclosed seller was represented by Martin Bynum, Craig Hey, and Stephen Pestinger of Cushman & Wakefield. The property was acquired by 3501 Gore BLVD and 3501 Gore BLVD II.

According to Director Martin Bynum from Cushman & Wakefield, Legend Park stood out as the top property in its market due to its attractive assumable debt and proven value-add strategy. These factors drew interest from national buyers despite being located in a tertiary market like Lawton.

Built in 2012, Legend Park boasts a prime location near major roads, popular retailers, and outdoor recreational areas. It is also conveniently close to Fort Sill Army base – one of Lawton’s largest employers. Vice Chair Craig Hey expressed excitement about utilizing their multi-state team and HUD loan expertise to secure this significant sale for tertiary Oklahoma.
