Cushman and Wakefield Facilitates $15M Maryland Warehouse Sale

Cushman & Wakefield recently facilitated the sale of a shallow-bay warehouse in Upper Marlboro, MD for $14.5 million. The 75,000-square-foot property located at 8520 Pepco Place was sold to EQT Exeter by TSI Corporation with representation from Jonathan Carpenter, Graham Savage, Dawes Milchling and James Check.

Constructed in 2011 by TSI Corporation, the warehouse is currently leased to Harris Company on a long-term basis starting in 2022. Taking advantage of increased investor interest in well-positioned assets within the DC region, TSI Corporation successfully completed this transaction.

According to Milchling: “The strong demand from investors resulted in nearly twenty offers.” This can be attributed to its prime location along Interstate 495 and desirable features such as clear heights ranging from 25-to-26 feet , ample parking space and multiple drive-in and dock doors making it an attractive asset within Prince George’s County.

This recent sale highlights Cushman & Wakefield’s expertise as they continue their success facilitating significant transactions across various regions without mentioning specific brands or locations.
