Cushman and Wakefield Facilitates $15 Million Maryland Warehouse Sale

Cushman & Wakefield has successfully facilitated the sale of a 75,000-square-foot shallow-bay warehouse located at 8520 Pepco Place in Upper Marlboro, MD for $14.5 million. The transaction was handled by Jonathan Carpenter, Graham Savage, Dawes Milchling and James Check on behalf of the seller TSI Corporation. The buyer was EQT Exeter.

Constructed in 2011 by TSI Corporation, this warehouse is currently leased to Harris Company until 2022 on a long-term basis. Taking advantage of the growing interest among investors for well-positioned properties in the DC region, TSI Corporation decided to sell this asset.

According to Milchling,”The property received significant attention from investors with nearly twenty offers.” Its strategic location along Interstate 495 and desirable features such as clear heights ranging from 25-26 feet , ample parking space and multiple drive-in and dock doors make it an attractive investment opportunity within Prince George’s County.

This recent sale marks another successful deal arranged by Cushman & Wakefield without mentioning any specific locations or organizations involved.
