"Curi Bio Signs 14,000-Square-Foot Lease with BioMed Realty in Seattle"

BioMed Realty, a company owned by Blackstone and specializing in real estate solutions for the life science and technology industries, recently finalized a lease agreement with Curi Bio at 201 Elliott Avenue West in Seattle. The lease covers 13,942 square feet of space.

Curi Bio is dedicated to developing human stem cell-based platforms for drug discovery. With this new seven-year lease, the company will have more room to expand its research and development efforts. This will allow them to gather crucial data that informs decision-making in biopharmaceutical R&D using their integrated preclinical platform. Their state-of-the-art technologies utilize human stem cell models and advanced biosystems to generate clinically relevant data.

The building at 201 Elliott Avenue West offers various amenities for tenants such as a fitness center, courtyard area, newly renovated cafe, and reserved underground parking spaces. Spanning over 151k square feet of space total , it is one of eight properties owned by BioMed Realty in the Seattle region.
