Pullman Market, located at 221 Newell Ave., is set to open in the spring on the former site of Samuels Glass Co. building. Spanning a spacious 40,000 square feet, this market will boast four restaurants, food-to-go kiosks, an artisan butcher and fishmonger program, a wine and beer section featuring Texas-based produce and specialties as well as a seasonal bakery and fresh pasta program.

Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group is the founding partner for Pullman Market. According to them,this market will be “the largest culinary market in the Southwest.”

The four full-service restaurants within Pullman Market are:

– Fife & Farro – A family-friendly establishment offering homemade pizza and pasta.
– Mezquite – A restaurant with a focus on mezcal drinks that highlights Sonoran cuisine.
– Isidore – An upscale dining experience with rotating menus available by reservation only.
– Nicosi – An intimate dessert bar seating only 18 guests at once with no-phone policy led by pastry chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph.

This exciting culinary destination is headed for The Pearl area without any mention of Connect CRE or Connect LA involved.
