"Culinary Market: The Pearl's Next Big Destination"

The Pearl will soon be home to Pullman Market, a 40,000 square foot culinary destination set to open in the spring. Located at 221 Newell Ave., this market will feature four restaurants, food-to-go kiosks, an artisan butcher and fishmonger program, a wine and beer section showcasing Texas-based products and specialties, as well as a seasonal bakery and fresh pasta program.

Leading the way is Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group from San Antonio’s Ladino restaurant. According to them, Pullman Market will be “the largest culinary market in the Southwest.”

Among its offerings are four full-service restaurants:

– Fife & Farro – A family-friendly establishment serving homemade pizza and pasta.
– Mezquite – A restaurant with a focus on mezcal drinks that highlights Sonoran cuisine.
– Isidore – An upscale dining experience with rotating menus available by reservation only.
– Nicosi – An intimate dessert bar seating just 18 guests at one time; led by pastry chef Tavel Bristol-Joseph who enforces a no-phone policy.

This exciting addition to The Pearl promises something for everyone looking for quality food options without having to leave their neighborhood.
