CrownPoint Partners, a new national brokerage and advisory firm, has been launched by industry veterans Julius Swolsky, Shannon Bona and Don Bingham. The company will be headquartered in West Palm Beach, FL and Newport Beach, CA with a focus on investment sales and acquisitions as well as sale-leasebacks and strategic analysis.

Prior to launching CrownPoint Partners,Bona,Bingham,andSwolsky were part of Greystone Capital Advisors based in Newport Beach.They have collectively completed over 750 transactions nationwide with a total sales volume exceeding $3 billion.The team also includes VP of operations Suramya Miller who brings over 50 years of combined experience.
