"Crow Holdings Secures Initial Tenant in Carteret"

Weida Freight System, Inc. (WFS) has become the inaugural tenant at Crow Holdings Development’s Carteret campus. The long-term lease for 188,000 square feet at 400 Salt Meadow Rd in Carteret, NJ marks WFS’s expansion of their U.S. operations.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Jules Nissim, Stan Danzig and Kimberly Bach acted as exclusive leasing agents for Crow Holdings’ Carteret location while Avison Young’s Jimo Liu represented WFS.

The strategic location of Crow Holdings’ development offers unparalleled access to the Turnpike interchange and is attracting a diverse range of interested parties – with inquiries steadily increasing throughout summer and into fall,” stated Nissim confidently.” Additionally situated just 13 miles from Port Newark-Elizabeth Marine Terminal along with its developer expertise and business-friendly environment makes it an exceptional opportunity.”
