Crow Holdings Establishes Logistics Hub at Former Paper Mill Location

Crow Holdings Development, the development platform of Crow Holdings and one of the nation’s largest industrial developers, has initiated vertical construction on a 206,826-square-foot industrial property located at 1 Market St. in Elmwood Park, NJ. The site was formerly home to Marcal Paper factory before it was destroyed by fire four years ago.

The facility is set to be completed in September and will offer modern logistics space for companies seeking such accommodations within one of the country’s most land-constrained markets. Clark Machemer – Senior Managing Director for Crow Holdings Development’s Northeast region – commented: “1 Market St.’s delivery will not only create jobs and contribute to Bergen County’s economy but also provide much needed logistics space.”
JLL is handling exclusive marketing duties for 1 Market St., with David Knee leading a team that includes Chris Hile, Ignatius Armenia and Ryan Milanaik as agents representing this project.
