The third-largest transportation and logistics company in the world has recently made a significant commitment to Crow Holdings at Carteret, located in Carteret, NJ. The company, known as DSV Global Transport and Logistics, has leased a full-building space measuring 355,000 square feet at 300 Salt Meadow Rd., making them the second tenant to join Crow Holdings Development’s new industrial campus near Exit 12 of the NJ Turnpike.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Jules Nissim, Stan Danzig and Kimberly Bach were responsible for negotiating this deal as exclusive leasing agents for Crow Holdings at Carteret. Mindy Lissner from Cushman & Wakefield acted as the tenant representative.
